Weekly check-ins over 4 months ensure that you can steadily learn ways to keep the focus on your goals whilst avoiding overwhelm when making small manageable steps for change. Regular two way interaction each week also means the input is more personalised to you which helps with both consistency and sustainability.
Designed if you’re fully invested in your health and wellness and ready to tackle big change. but know that realistically it is going to need long term coaching. Once we have formulated the tools together that are appropriate for your goals you take those away to work on over a 14 week period. We can check in on a weekly basis to see how you are progressing and build on those tools with the opportunity to increase the frequency if needed.
