My Qualifications

I'm a qualified Nutritional Therapist 

Registered with BANT and Indemnity Insurance with the Complementary and Natural Health Council. 

I can use a Functional Medicine approach to health and wellbeing. I'm also an affiliated Three Pillars Coach.

Healthy habit building is my speciality.

things that bring me joy

The simplest of things are my favourite - walks by the sea, the colours, the light and the fact that I turn up every day to the seashore to walk my dog and it brings a different view. 

I love to keep active and have regularly done CrossFit for over a decade. 

I like to cook, easy, bright coloured dishes for the wins!


My health journey

 I have always had plaque psoriasis since a young age. At the start of my teens when you desperately want to blend in with the rest of your peers I experienced the most horrendous flare of guttate psoriasis. Smelly creams, steroids, hospital admissions, immunosuppressants followed  .....................

What Does Nutritional Therapy Involve?


Nutritional Therapy uses a science based evidence approach to help achieve optimal health and wellbeing. 

Functional Medicine considers how aspects of a persons  past and current status might be impacting their health.    

How Does Nutritional Therapy Work?

Nutritional Therapy is recognised as a complementary medicine. 

To support you in your general health, wellness and performance goal I would be looking at ways to ensure good quality in your diet as well as sufficient quantity to sustain and maintain your goals.   

For individuals with chronic conditions and a more specific health goal then I would incorporate a wider range of more specialised tools to assess and identify any potential nutritional imbalances, deficiencies and dysfunction.

I am not licensed as a healthcare professional and therefore services do not include treatment or diagnosis of medical conditions.  Before engaging in my support there is a requirement for you to consult with your licensed medical practitioner to review your ability to participate in my services.  With their approval I am happy to support you alongside to enable a comprehensive and rounded approach to managing your health.
