How we work

 Our packages are designed to deliver sustainable changes that last.


You begin by completing an online questionnaire. This will form your baseline for your protocol. If you like to grab and go food, have certain food likes and dislikes, a specific dietary preference style or eating window we structure your goals around this.


Each week you will complete a food diary- This will get reviewed alongside comments in your weekly review will be also be fed back.

As you progress through the package you also have the facility to use analytics to further understand your diet. 


You can access support between check-ins via email or messenger.


The benefit of weekly check-ins means you have little risk of steering off course – no matter what life throws at you.
