You begin by completing an online questionnaire, and a 7 day diet diary. This will form your baseline for your protocol. If you like to grab and go food, have certain food likes and dislikes, a specific dietary preference style or eating window we structure your goals around this.
Each week you will complete some form or food diary- It can be a pen and paper account or via an app. This will get reviewed and feedback will be sent to you using Loom.
Your check-in can be in person or online.
You can access support between check-ins via email or messenger.
Fortnightly support ensures you have time to experiment with different changes and embed what has been successful with a view of long term consistent progress.
