The time scale of three months is felt to be sufficient for you to grasp all the support and tools you need to then embark on the rest of your adaptation by yourself. If further one off sessions are required beyond this then these ad hoc sessions can be purchased.
You will need to take your own notes of suggested recommendations and resources within the session as this does not include any aftercare support/ follow up.
