Weekly check-ins ensure that you can steadily learn ways to keep the focus on your goals whilst avoiding overwhelm when making small manageable steps for change. Regular two way interaction each week also means the input is more personalised to you which helps with both consistency and sustainability.
A suitable package if you have a good understanding of where you want to be, but just need a little nudge along the way.
Checking in, in person every two weeks will allow you to build on specific, appropriate steps. These intervals of support help you reach your goals, while also giving you the space to try things on your own and build confidence in your ability to make the changes stick.
Designed if you’re fully invested in your health and wellness and ready to tackle big change. but know that realistically it is going to need long term coaching. Once we have formulated the tools together that are appropriate for your goals you take those away to work on. We can check in on a monthly basis in person to see how you are progressing and build on those tools with the opportunity to increase the frequency if needed.
The time scale of three months is felt to be sufficient for you to grasp all the support and tools you need to then embark on the rest of your adaptation by yourself. If further one off sessions are required beyond this then these ad hoc sessions can be purchased.
You will need to take your own notes of suggested recommendations and resources within the session as this does not include any aftercare support/ follow up.
