Our packages are designed to deliver sustainable changes that last.
You begin by completing a number of different questionnaires, and a 7 day diet diary. This will form your baseline for your protocol. It will give me an idea of your lifestyle factors, such as your cooking preferences, specific food likes or dislikes, any shift work considerations, and if you travel frequently.
Then onto health specific information gathering. this is an opportunity for you to share what you are experiencing, the previous attempts you have made to manage the condition and any things you think might be holding back your healing journey.
When we discuss all these in the initial consultation it's all about tailoring a nutrition plan that fits seamlessly into your unique lifestyle and supports your journey.
Each week you will complete some form or food diary and there will be a weekly booked in review of how you are managing the different targets set as well as a chance to plan any further changes or explorations for getting you closer to your goals
You can access support between check-ins via email or messenger.
The benefit of weekly check-ins means you are never left without support as you tackle these changes and the variables of life factors and possible symptom change.
