We can check in on a monthly basis to see how you are progressing and build on those tools with the opportunity to increase the frequency of check-ins if needed.
Our packages are designed to deliver sustainable changes that last.
You begin by completing an online questionnaire, and a 7 day diet diary. This will form your baseline for your protocol. If you like to grab and go food, have certain food likes and dislikes, a specific dietary preference style or eating window we structure your goals around this.
Each week you will complete some form or food diary- It can be a pen and paper account or via an app. This will get reviewed and feedback will be sent to you using Loom.
Your check-in can be in person or online.
You can access support between check-ins via email or messenger.
Monthly support equips you with the tools you need to tackle your goals but allows you the space and freedom to make this a change that truly works for you. The weekly food diary reviews ensure the choices you make are overseen to allow for some level of support but the actual way you navigate the changes is less prescriptive.
